The EmbroidMe Irvine is a nightmare. On April 28th I took two soccer jerseys to get number and name on it one adult and one Infant. The person help on that day asked me what kind of letter, color and size that I would like to put on my jersey. So she showed me a couple model of letters and I chose the one I want to one my jerseys, and I told her I would like to put a standard 12' size for the number and 3' size for my name. So she told me that would take one week to get that done because they have to order the letters from the factory, I said ok! One week pass, two, three and nothing about my jersey get done! I went there to see what's going on the Owner LEE COTTONE, told me that the factory send the letter out and could be there any day now. So I wait one more week and nothing, until yesterday 05/12 someone from EMBROIDME IRVINE, called me and left me a msg saying that letters that I choose for my jersey were backorder, but they put the number already.
