Orchard Bank allowed fraudulent charges from Vesta Boost 6 times. I disputed those charges but they refused to take them off from my account. I contacted them 5 times with out any result. They kept my account open even I told them to close it. They are telling those charges are valid and I have to pay. Even they reported me to 3 collection agencies for not paying those fraudulent charges. When you talk to foreign speaking agents (India) they just transfer you to different department with no help. So beware of this credit card company. They will take your money and hurt you big time.
