Is theMemphis, Light, and Water doing there job like they suppose to do?
The reason Isay this is because the person that check the meter for the month don't exactly don't check it.
A neighbor said to my mother that one dayshe was looking out the window and MLG&W man was sitting his truck checkingthe meter. They do not read the meter and they just estimate the bill. Theynever come into the yard or come close to the fence.
The person just stand onSpottswood side and look across the people backyard to our meter on the side ofthe house.
I think this is how we are getting ripped off because the MLG&Wman isn't doing there job.
This is wrong and it need to be investigated. Wepaid $390.00 last month to keep our lights on and we already have a bill for$1,127. How is this, should the bill go down a little?
