Esbi slammed by solo communication on century link invoice

Century Link (old Embarq) is billing me $14.95 for a "VM Monthly Fee" which I did not order.

The billing company is "ESBI" which gives no real name or address. Only gives a phone number for billing inquires. Elsewhere on the details it shows "SOLO COMM VM MONTHLY FEE on Sep 16 at $14.95."

Also strange is that on a web site I found thru Google for SOLO Comm. It shows they charge $12.95 for VM Service.

In any event this is a blatant old-fashioned SLAM.
