I responded to an ad in the paper for Star Search Casting to be an extra in movies. You pay $98.00 and build your profile on their website. They make it sound like they have jobs available, but they are not a job placement agency. I called them cancelled my membership and the $98 was back on my debit card three days later.
However, they sold that information to another company called Impact Legal. They are now charging my debit card $29.95 a month. The only phone number I have found just keeps ringing. The bank tells me that even if I cancel my card and get another one the charge will keep going through since it is a reoccuring charge.
