Was told by clerk to call or visit web-site, fill out info and receive $10.00 off next purchase of $50 or more.

Tried for over an hour to cotact the 800# given on sales slip. Could not get through... Phone lines are busy.

Have now spent about 40 minutes trying to find the feed-back site listed on sales slip. Could not find! I notice I am not the first customer to complain.
