I received a 2 page letter stateing that I won $2,500, 000.00 That I need to sign page 2 and return with $20.00

I received in the mail a two page document, saying they were an independant reporting firm and that I have won $2,500, 000.00 and I need to send them $20.00. Once they receive the $20.00 I will be imediately proceeded to receive full entry access to the money and prizes to be paid by the individual sponsors as reported. They gave me an offical I.D. No.
