Deer Products ripped me off by not sending my order of 3 leather jackets despite emails & calls requesting the order or a refund

Three leather bomber jackets were ordered IN 2002. A personal check was included. The jackets have not been received. Despite repeated emails since the order & phone calls.

I have been unable to get the jackets or a refund. The email address & toll free # are invalid. I wish to receive the proper contact info for the Florida Attorney General to report this activity & to file a claim for a refund.
