My small company had the misfortune to conduct business with this individual. He is, quite simply put, a predator. It has been my experience that he has absolutely NO knowledge or empathy with the small business owner. He has NO conscience or respect for contractors or their work effort. He employs the services of small businesses and invents excuses for not paying them. All of these small folk and first generation immigrants trying to support their families, have worked hard and have been completely and classically "Ripped Off".in the meanwhile, he continues to enjoy his privileged lifestyle, which has been subsidized by the sweat and toil of innocent small business people.
