These unknown persons allowed someone to change my rate plan, add other services. This caused my monthly bill to flucuate. This caused my service to be disconnected. Customer service representatives were contacted several times. They were informed of the fraud taking place and did nothing to remedy the issue. When unknown phone numbers, calls and services, stolen sim cards, services were added, nothing was done, nor was credit refunded.in turn, this caused my phone to be disconnected. I had been a customer for 7 years. I had no previous issues with my phones or services.in the end, they charged me for International calls, cancelled service and regular charges. When I called to inquire they told me to pay in full and could not offer me any more details. The account was in good standing, now its on my credit report. I had all of my personal information as well as others do this day and age. We are somewhat dependent of our personal information in our cell phones. This all ended when services was disconnected. The people inside this location knew who I was, yet they gave out my information. This is unthinkable when your information is not safe in a retail store that is only supposed to handle payments and replacing phones. Nothing else, they can't even answer simple question without getting an agent on the phone.
