High School reunion planning service. We used them at 10 year reunion in 1990 and we did most of the work. We complained back then. Check out the numerous negative reviews. I had limited involvement with 30 year reunion and advised against using them, but no body had time for this and they made their typical promises. They did very little. They don't accept credit cards, sent out one mailing, didn't update their mailing list (I sent in some contact info who were not notified), gave late response (one week before event) told POC that there were few rsvp's at which point we did there job, tracking people down and sending invites and reminders. They just didn't do much. I got one snail mail asking for a check and a few emails. Only payment they take is cash or check. I sent my payment day before deadline and notified them and then had to pay surcharge at door, notified 2 days before event, because they received it after RSVP date, meanwhile, they didn't do their job. Only positive thing is they don't run with the check, but then again, I didn't ask for refund.
Do it your self. I have not heard any positive comments other than = they took care of the mailings.
We paid a large amount in a poor economy for low quality bar and food (really low quality), rushed service, worst DJ and much more.
VERY unprofessional and low grade service for very high price.
