Do not do business with this company! They are a fraud! They claim to have a buyer for your timeshare. They are good enough to have someone call and claim to be the buyer. The fake buyers are very friendly and tell a nice story on how they found the broker at a convention in Las Vegas. The documentation they send looks all real. They then want 10% of the purchase price from the seller and buyer as good faith deposit to be reimbursed at settlement. Once you wire the money to a fake holding company "Trusted Fianancial Holdings" which is a PNC bank in Pittsburg, PA. The bank that they have you wire the money to is the Fifth 3rd bank in Cinncinati Ohio. Once this is complete, you never hear from them again. They don't answer messages, pick up the phone or respond to e-mails. We are out $1640.00! The so called buyers' cell phone also becomes not in service. After more research, thier address is a UPS Store in D.C. The two names involved are Justin Daniels and Thomas Peirce. I bet not the real name of either. There is another company called Condo Resort Traders in Fl. That appears to be a real company. According to their website, they have files a lawsuit against this company for name infringment. The real company in FL has a website www.condoresorttrader.com and this fraud is www.condoresortrader.com. They dropped on "T" in the wed address. Stay away from these people. If you look at Trusted on the internet under Justin Daiels, you will see a lot of positive blogs. All are fake. Beware!
