Was sent Official check for TruWest bank for deposit and agents (Alvin Ranit) fee, felt uneasy but checked as much as I could, TruWest is a real bank, company they were saying they were using to complete sale was a real Title company, unfortunately the check was fake, did more research when I was sent a second check to deposit and wire escrow deposit for Timeshare sale
