These cross-country movers should be SHUTDOWN permanently and not allowed to operate. They are operating using illegal and unethical tactics. One of their scams is to give you an estimate of the cost of your move but when the driver picks up your things they tell you its weight is over the amount estimated and they're going to make a side deal with you to save you money and actually they are lying to get you to give them more money which I did because they had shown up 3 days late to pick up my goods and I was in a hurry to leave town to get back home. The weight of my goods were not even what they estimated therefore they scammed $2000 out of me without weighing my goods. Please do not EVER say "no" to weighing and do not sign anything without knowing the actual weight and price.
Their attitudes after they have your money quickly changes to HOSTILE and smug with "so what, I've got your money now and I don't care how or when you receive your goods". I am so chagrined that I was taken by a stereotypical huster and bamboozled into submission to sign a document that doesn't have anything on it other than the money they want from me.
Do not ever use any of these movers as they are crooks and will rip you off no matter what they tell you!!!
