Sold me a defective list, promised me refund repeatedly, have not done so and will not return my phone calls

SRC sold me a defective, old mailing list assuring me that the names contained therein were fresh, properly qualified and practically waiting for my call. Nothing could be further from the truth. Upon receipt I completed the list then jumped through the many hoops to get a complete refund. I was told on numerous occasions that my refund would be forthcoming. Not only have I not gotten my money back (in a year!) but they do not return my phone calls or answer the phone.

These people are thieves and liars!
