Firstly the ask you for 150 for delivery of your puppy when you pay that they say they are checking the documents are ready for delivery. Then for some reason mr puyol has lost the insurance documents and the company come up with the refundable insurance were if you pay 500 they will use temporary insurance documents and when the puppy is delivered they say you will be refunded that 500.
