I was buying a puppy from a guy. He said his wife pasted away and he needed to get the puppies out of the situation. He said he would have a delivery service bring the puppy. He emailed me and said the company will be getting ahold of me for delivery time and payment. Company called and said i had to western union before the pup was delivered. After i did that hours later company called said i needed an extra 1850.00 for insurance certificate or the puppy would be quarintined and i would be charged with animal cruelty. I got ahold of the real u ship and they asured me it was fraud because of the email address and they do not ask for money through the mail or anything like that you pay when delivery is made. I also called ohare airport where they said the 1850.00 was needed for and they never heard of such a charge. I never sent them the 1850.00 but they have my 390.00 for a puppy that probably never exsisted.
