It all started when i entered what i though was a sweepstakes. I was very excited to think of the oppotunity to win a lumpsum of cash. I sent $40.00 to two of these consumer reporting services. Then i noticed something strange when they kept sending me more letters to send $20.00 more and sign my signature.
I was thinking why would i have to keep signing and sending money on separate forms and they not include that as well as my signature all on the first letter. The next thing i noticed was that there was no way to get in contact with them. No phone number, address, email or website. Still to this day im getting these letters in the mail and i am not going to respond to them.
Im just glad i had the brains to recognize that this was a scam. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to other people and what a shame it is to make someone get excited for nothing just to get a little change in someones pockets. I do want my $40.00 returned to me if at all possible because i do have two little mouths to feed. The only thing i can say is God bless the people behind this scam cause if not luck will not get u far!
