Vesta AT&T charged my account twice: $25 on 8/11/10 and $15 on 8/27/10. I did not authorize these charges. I called my credit card company to dispute them. They asked if I had a Go-Phone. I do not. They immediately credited my account for both charges and blocked future charges from this company.
I'm not sure how they got my info, but I did visit Portland, OR shortly before the charges appeared.
