I paid my bill of $63.21 by telephone on May 23. Just hours afterwards, Vesta T Mobile Made four other charges to my account. Two for $50. One for $25. And one for $10. I called T Mobile immediately, and they insisted that I had used my phone to request those charges. I was transferred over and over again to different departments (Where I had to explain over and over again from the begining) my situation, and the only response I ever received was "we do not keep you credit card on file so you must have requested these charges". I DID NOT REQUEST NOR AUTHORIZE these charges. I have no idea where they came from. I have more than enough minutes and extra's on my phone, there is no need to pay $135 for extra minutes! WHY CANT THEY SEE THIS. I have had T Mobile for over 2 years and never had any problems, but after this experience, I am really hating them right now. I had to file a dispute form with my credit card company, and I am hoping that will get my money back. Either way I will be changing cell phone companys very soon!
