They have no idea how to cut Ethnic hair. They should be taught how to cut within the grain and not against the grain. They do not know how to use hair clippers. I gave them 3 different chances to experiment on my hair which is not very coarse at all. Perhaps every last one of them should work with a local Barber for 2-4 weeks being as there are many different grades to ethnic hair.
