I went there (Fantastic Sams, West St Paul), on Dec 27th, Sunday. I have real long hair. Last time I had my hair being totally being screwed was Fantastic Sams Inver grove heights, MN and Great clips, Inver grove heights at the same day. It was passed 9 months. I walked in the store. A lady looked at my hair, I told her what happened 9 months ago, she was shocked looking at my hair, I asked her, begged her, NOT to over cut my hair. I told her, last time, they cut 9 inches of my hair, Uneven right and left side. She started, she said, she won't over cut it. She took off one inches, I asked her that is it, pls stop. Hair did not look bad, I asked her to make a round around my face, she did it, not very good, but she did it. I told myself, I will go fix it somewhere else... I was ready to leave, she told me, no my back does not look good, it needs to be cut more. I looked at her, there were three layers in my hair, shortest was the one she wanted to cut, I said, no, let it be, she insisted, she said, look it does not look good from back, I said, no that is it, she said, if we cut a bit more, it will be better. I agreed to be cut very little. She cut one inches, I was shocked looking at her. I thought may be she is fixing something from previous hair cut., I left, I tipped her 4 USD, and left. For all you have been in salons, you know that, you come home, and you notice what has happened, I came home, I looked at my mirror and I started screaming, my hair in the back was shortest layer way shorter than other two layers, a mushroom has been built around my head, way shorter than other layers. Two inches cut, and looked REAL REAL REAL bad. I called them and they said, I can come to get hair cut shorter to be fixed, I did not know what to do... Supposedly owner wants to call me. Believe me, you want your hair to be destroyed, go Fantastic Sams, Inver grove heights, MN / or Fantastic Sams West St Paul, MN, or Great clips, Inver Grove heights. I feel sorry for all those who has given such stylists licenses to work. Again, you have gorgeous hair and want to destroy it for Christmas, they can do it. Tears won't bring your hair back, they would give your money back, if that would work for you….
