Mci The Neighborhood
Ripoff pathetic customer service and deposit accts dept reps are rude, uninformed, and obviously ignorant as hell!

I sent a deposit in for services. The money order was lost by mci however they had me fax my personal into them 6x and each time they lost it or claimed i "really" didn't speak w / someone from their depsosits dept.
I had representatives tell me i was crazy and even tell me that even though mci lost the money order it was my responsibility to "find it"

I had the money order traced by the post office who verified it was cashed. So i finally spoke to a super. @ mci who had me fax in a copy of the cashed m/o - they needed it to refund my money. The info. Was sent and rec'vd @ mci however, i haven't heard anything from them in regards to my situation. I even enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope so mci wouldn't use postage for an excuse.

Well four months later, still nothing.

I will never use a nother "rinky dinky" company ever in my life. Bellsouth may be more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Mci representatives are rude, uninformed, and obviously ignorant as hell!
