My wife was diagnosied with Breast Cancer several years ago and was in need of a a good wig specialist who would create a wig that was similiar to my wifes coloring and style. Gini G's was recommended to us by the Cancer center/hospital that my wife was treating at. Not only was Gini's wigs overpriced (around $2000.00), but Gini was so unprofessional and non compationate to a Cancer patient who was dealing with Chemothearpy, Radiation and the vanity issues of losing all of her hair.
The overpriced wig continued to get tangled. We returned to Gini G's on several occasions. She charged us $150.00 several times to repair the so called "birds nest" that would return in the wig every two weeks. I requested a replacement after the problem continued. Gini was rude and completly uncompassionate during this horrific experience we were dealing with. I was shocked that the support people at the Cancer Center would refer Gini G's.
Please don't experience what we went through. There are so many people out there that have opened their own companies that provide quality hair products. Many of them have been through a similar experience and decided to help those that are dealing with a life threating matter instead of taking advantage and being about money and not the emotional welfare of the patient. Stay away from Gini G's!
