CAT GENES, DNA Diagnostics, Inc. DNA lab asks for my

I am a new Sphynx breeder. I had a kitten born on March 12 and I was unsure about his color. I had another breeder in Belguim wanting this kitten depending on DNA results. She wanted to be sure of his color. I asked several other sphynx breeder what color they thought he may be, no one could say for sure. I sent his DNA swabs to CatGENES on March 19. Before I decided to use CatGENES I called and asked how long it would take to get results... They said it usually takes 7-10 business days, but no longer than 3 wks.

Here I am almost 4 months later, still no results, still no refund! I have called and emailed complaints several times. No one calls me back. I just received the most absurd request from their lab:

Please provide the color of your kitten, male, sphynx, date of birth 2010. We need this information to complete you dna results.

So, I replied with this:

Why are YOU asking ME what color he is?
I sent in the DNA sample to find out what color he is... Almost 4 months ago! I was told, before I sent the sample to catgenes, that I would have results in 7-10 business days (3 wks. At the most). I no longer need the results, the kitten was sold as a pet because I was not able to provide DNA results to the breeder who wanted him. I have called and complained over and over, I have even sent emails. You were still unable to provide my results in a timely manner. I would like my money back a.S.A.P. I will never use catgenes again and will make sure all of the other breeders I come in contact with do the same.

Her reply is very simple:

To verify the results are accurate. I am trying to get your results sent to you as soon as possible.

This makes me very mad, so I reply:

I no longer need the results... I would like a refund! This is ridiculous! Why would you need to verify if your results are accurate. I don't have a lab, I don't know his color, thats why I had him tested. How would me saying what color I THINK he MAY be determine the accuracy of lab results???

And her reply is very simple again:

Address your refund with CATGENES

My reply: Who are you with? I have been calling catgenes and leaving messages for months, this is the first I heard from anyone about these results in a very long time!
