Safeway
The manager of this store is abusive to both employees and customers. He is now accosting employees and customers outside of the store both on public and privateproperty

The manager at the Frisco, colorado safeway is abusive twords his cutomers and twords his employees. He regularly berates and otherwise verbally assaults both customers and employees, primarily females, often reducing them to tears. Frisco is a ski resort community and most full time residents have two or three jobs just so they can pay the outrageous rents here. The manager is now threatening to fire employees who have second jobs because he believes that they are a conflict of interest. That's all well and good but he has no taken his abusive behavior outside of the confines of the store and into the public. I personally witness him enter into a local convenience store and berate an employee just this last Friday. He is now stalking employees by patroling the adjacent properties and threatening to fire any employees that enter their second jobs. He has been doing this for many years now and many complaints have been filed against him by both customers AND employees yet Safeway seems contenet to allow him to stay there all while his temper and borderline psychotic behavior continue to escalate. I have spoken to law enforcement about this issue and they believe his could potentially be dangerous but they need employees to come forward to file charges against him. The problem is that he holds their jobs over their heads and some of these employees are single mothers who are barely making it as it is and know that jobs in this area are scarce. I and many residents of the community have filed numerous complaints against this man and yet almost five years later he is still there and becomeing more dangerous with each passing day as he is now traking his behaivor into the public sphere. It was bad enogh when he was unprofessional as we could just shop at the local Kroger affiliate. Now he is entering other businesses to harrass his employees and that is not only inacceptable it is criminal. I have to wonder if it is Safeway's policy to allow management to abuse not only employees but customers as well. Due to the lack of action at this store the only logical answer is that, yes, it is indeed their policy.
