RIP OFF UNETHICAL PRACTICES I have been taking Sprints Customer ABUSE now for too long

I have been taking Sprints Customer ABUSE now for over 6 years. The bills were always different month to month with their fees an so called packages. Each time they added to my bill, it was for the sake of "saving" me money. Flat out Lie!

We have 2 phone lines in the house. Last month my husband took ill. We are both retired. I called Sprint to advise them the he was in fact ill an that we would have to cut back on some of our extras around the house. I told the rep Karen? That I would be taking off everything from the phone, leaving only caller i.D. And call waiting. Then I advise that I would not be using Sprint as our Internet provider any loner, that we were switching to Net Zero. That itself saved us $ 25.00 a month.

We asked if there was a long distance program that had no monthly fees but a set price per minute for the long distance. Karen, said no an that the lowest she could offer is a monthly charge of $ 3.00 to allow the long distance. This did not make sense to me an I again asked if she were sure. Karen, said yes an that it would be in my "best" intrest to stay with Sprint. I told her that I am switching to Net Zero because it is the same as what I currently have only it cost $ 25.00 less an as far as all the packages, we really did not need them an because Mr. Was ill we had to do so. I advise that I would be using 1010987 when I use long distance because it is the "best" service at. 39 for the call an. 03 a minute, a 30 minute call with Sprint $ 3.10 with 1010987, $ 1.30; now why wouldn't we.

I advise Karen that at our age we had to say money. I advise her that I had cancel our cell phone with them on the day the contract expired. That was saving us $ 60.00 a month. We now have an AT&T GO PHONE an pay only $ 29.95 with tax for compared to Sprints $ 55.00 with tax a month, again saving money.

Karen, just continued to try a sale with me. I advise you that what I asked for should be completed as of our ending the call. Karen, then said I will get to it when I can. At this point I knew from past calls to Sprints So call customer service that it would do no good to argue with her. I emailed the same thing to customer service and they charged our bill $ 3.00 to read it. That is a complete rip off.

Now to the point of this: as I said my husband has been ill now for 2 months. I received a bill last month will all of these excessive fees that I did not understand, so I sent an email an with a receipt. They read it an never replied. The bill totaled over $ 100.00 and I knew that could not be correct because I cut everything the previous month and the only long distance is to my son in Florida. I was waiting for the reply with explanation to pay the bill. Nothing, then the bill comes in on the 6th of this month and is now $ 248.00 again with fees late charge and so on.

I call to try to get them to explain but Time had not idea how to explain it. I advise Time that I am disputing this bill along with last months an would like a Supervisor to call me back an explain, that is sense one was not available at the time. I was assured by Time, that I would get a call back with in 48 hrs. No call and today they cut off your phone. When I called again, this time Sue said that they did it because I had not paid my bill in 2 months. I said why would it be done with out any notice. She said a notice was sent out on the 6th. I said I received my bill in the mail and there in fact was no notice with it or one there after. I continued to advise her of the above actions. Sue, said it was not her problem and to call the dispute department.

I again requested a supervisor and was told again no one is available. How nice for Sprint. I am sending email as well as writing to the FCC on this issue of Sprint unethical practices. It is time for the illegal crimes of Corrupt America TO STOP.

Take a look at Sprint so called guidelines for the company. They clearly outright Lie about what they have printed!
