The companies website went down prior to completing or sending a finished resume. The message on their site indicated that I as a customer was "denied access"
After advising me that the finished product was ready and then not sending it, on more than a couple of occassions and, reading their message of being denied access to they to find out the reason for delay it was not an encouraging indication.
They eventually did send the finished product and it apparently conforms to current requirements.
I would strongly suggest they change their message to "We are experiencing Systems difficulty and will resolve this matter as soon as possible" Please contact us at 1-800 etc etc"
I would endorse their final product.
