I llian deposited a check on 06/04/10 for$ 17.893 i was told that a hold be on the check, and portions will be distriubed, i said fine, here it is 28th of the month, and they are asking for paper work, after the fact that the check has been cashed, by them, and have givin me 3,400 of. It. It is me and my mothers name on the check, mother is decesed. I do have a death certf. So now they say i need a estate afftidavit. They should of said that, before cashing, so i could have gotten it reissued. I still tried to but because its been cashed by ibc, i cant do no such. And that paper work may take 30 to 60 days. So they"ve just took my money for a peiord of time and the best part is i have been with this bank for about 10 years.
