I ordered my PerfectPigment kit in February. I didn't realize that I was on the automatic shipping list, which ships another kit every 60 days. (They don't make it exactly legible that you're going to be billed automatically.)
On April 5th, I was automatically sent another kit and billed $47.85. I immediately called Christina Cosmetics and canceled the automatic shipment program and received instructions on how to return the 2nd order I received, which I did within 2 days of the delivery.
Since I returned the product in April, I've made at least 10 phone calls to find out why I haven't received my refund, only to be told that it will take 10-14 weeks!!! I was extremely annoyed.cc's website states that a refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks. This is obviously a scam!
Needless to say, I have DEMANDED my refund and have told CC that I'm filing a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. This company will NEVER get my business again. I'm EXTREMELY upset and very disappointed at their tactics to keep my money after I've returned the product unopened! I followed their instructions to the letter regarding the return of the product, only to be kept hanging for 3 months!
Christina Cosmetics is a rip off and should be shut down for their deceptive practices. I will never again make a purchase without checking rip off reports on a company.
