I had an malfunction code on my wall oven unit. Called Appliance Professor who came to my home the next morning. Mike Usher is the owner/operator of the business (what joke of a name). His diagnosis was the computer processor needed to be replaced; came back six days later with the part which cost $652.08. Total bill for the two house calls and parts was $696.88. Same malfunction the very next day. Called him back; he said he'd have to order some more parts. That was two months ago; haven't seen or heard from him since.
Contacted another factroy recommeded technician, who expressed disbelief at the charge for the parts (like twice the real retail cost.
