Mrs frank fraud discimination

I applied for ssi on april 22nd 2010 on april 29th i recieved a denial saying i was over the resource limit may 15 th 2010 i sent a reconsideration form and a property valuation stating my property has no value a reconsideration is an appeal form wich i have sent 3 to social security since may two were sent by certifide mail meaning someone there sighned for them on july 25th mrs frank from social security called me and wanted me to file a new application i told her no i had allready filed in april and i was denied so i appealed it now mrs frank sent me a paper dated june 25 th 2010 saying i am not eligible for ssi because i never applied she is a lier i have copys of everything i want to hang her for fraud and discrimination
