I requested a door-lock on July 3rd and obtained an order confirmation but never a delivery confirmation. I sent (the sole way of contact) on July 11th to check out up when I hadn't yet acquired the lock. I got no reply. I sent again today and was ultimately supplied delivery information. But why was it delivered on July 11th once the purchase was positioned on July 3rd?!
