On 8/25, I purchased a Kit from XMHEALTH $ BEAUTY for $1.95, in their agreement said that I had 60 days to cancell my account and that money would be refunded. Next morning they did an Unaut

On 8/25, I purchased a Kit from XMHEALTH $ BEAUTY for $1.95, in their agreement said that I had 60 days to cancell my account and that money would be refunded.
At night I called (they answered) and cancelled the account because I found out that it was a SCAM, they told me they would refund the $1.95.
Next morning they did an Unauthorized Withdraw from my account for the amount of $87.39. I called right away to my Wachovia representative:
Danita Wadley (very helpful as always), and she cancelled my ATM card and told me to call Wachovia Dispute Line.
I called and they refunded me the $87.39. This Google Kit can be found at this website www.earncashfastwithgoogle.com phone number 866-341-7163
I called them again (after cancelling my check card) and they NEVER answer me.
I didn't receive a letter from Wachovia explaining this situation, that's why Wachovia close the dispute, and withdraw the money back.
At the end (06/14) WACHOVIA withdraw the money from my account and closed it. They never backed me up... SAD, very SAD. They say that they are not SCAM protectors.
