Twin Movers Swindlers, Damaged/Destroyed Property

I used Good Movers d/b/a Twin Movers recently. On the day of my move, I was hit with a price I had not agreed to when I received my over-the-phone quote. On the day of the move, the foreman told me that I had to get my stuff shrink wrapped at an additional cost and that I needed to have this done. Turns out, the guys wanted me to pay extra to have it shrink wrapped because it saved them time rather than having to wrap my furninture in blankets. The foreman apparently presents their side hustle after he lets you think about the extra (almost double) the price to have everything shrink wrapped. He came back to me and told me that they will work at the price I was originally quoted but that I have to pay an extra $100 per mover in cash (not shown on the receipt of course) and they will shrink wrap everything and stay until the move is over instead of the timeframe that I was quoted. What I didn't realize is that only a could of my pieces were wrapped in blankets. Everything else in terms of furniture was shrink wrapped with no other padding. As a result, all my furniture that was shrink wrapped was knicked, scraped or permanently damaged. When they got to my new place, they rushed to put the furniture together, not assembling anything correctly. Not to mention my walls at both my places were messed up during the move process by the movers. Unfortunately, the formean again pulled an okie doke on me and had me sign all of the paperwork before they were actually done moving and left me with no reciept at all instead he told me that my bill of lading was my receipt. The thing is no insurance claim can be filed if you don't have the reciept and your bill of lading has a place where you sign that says it was all recieved in good condition. It didn't matter that I had gone around with the foreman and recorded everything on paper and by camera with him that had been damaged. It didn't mean anything though because I am sure all the paperwork disappeared by the time they made it back to the office. Take my advice, do not use Good Movers or Twin Movers. They are extremely nice and accomodating over the phone but will swindle you out of your money when they show up and damage your property in the process of moving.
