Heines decorative concrete terrible service quality, steal your money, employee criminal record, don't be fooled, don't trust this outfit

Watch out for this outfit! They seem nice at first, but are scam artists. I wish I had been warned. They stole money, ruined my house.
Heines does not care once they have your money. Do not pay till you have had another professional check their work, better yet do not do business with them. They will not do what they say.
Company consists of Ralph, and his son Darin. Darin has long criminal record including theft, shoplifting, drug violations, etc. DO NOT let him in your house. Stay away from this company and your life will be better.
