I recently purchased one of the VIP memberships from Darin Ferraro at Broker Outpost. Darin is the owner and a complete rammer. He talked me into buying his membership service because he said as an added feature to his "VIP"mortgage forum I would get some qualified leads. He said he would sort them out for me and give me the most qualified ones because he knew who the bad companies were and then sabotage them in the chat rooms.
Little did I know he was the one porviding the leads and talked a lot of smack about everyone but himself. Now there is a lot of bad press spreading onthe internet about Darin Ferraro... A.K. A "Darkstar"... Now his new scam is www.flippingfrenzy.com He is trying to act like he is some mortgage fraud protection service. The names are all fake and this guy should be arrested. We spent a lot of money with his company getting bogus leads that had no interest at all. Most of them were disconnected numbers.
