But as we investigated Oxi Fresh (R), we found that they genuinely try to help their customers in whatever way they could, beginning with their cleaning system. While consumer complaints doesn't endorse any particular company, we felt it was important to have the Oxi Team (SM) explain how their system benefits customers. "Well, what we do is good for the carpets for a few reasons. The first is that we aren't using harsh chemicals - our cleaning solutions, while effective, are green and safe for the whole family. Second, rather than soaking the carpets with tons of water, we use a very controlled amount water that allows them to dry within about an hour. That's nice not only for convenience sake, but also because it decreases the chances of stains sinking deeper into the carpet and the chance of mold and mildew forming. Of course, then there's our cleanings, which are great at getting rid of dirt and stains by using oxygen."

Pat Sobczak Oxi fresh of Grand Rapids, MI Cancelled & rescheduled 3 times then was 2 hours late arriving. Disorganized, unprepared and not knowledgable. Overcharged for work, failed to honor their coupon, did not do a good job and left a mess comstock park, Michigan

Did not show for appointment then rescheduled 3 times before showing up 2 hours late.
Carpets were still dirty but refused to clean them again and would not return my check. Would not honor their coupon and even overcharged me for the lousy job. Left a terrible mess for me. The service man smelled heavily of alcohol and appeared intoxicated. He kept knocking things over and tripped and fell down by his vehicle at one point. This was at 11:00 in the morning. After he left and I cleaned up the mess that was left for me, I decided to put a stop-pay on the check I had written. It had taken me about 2 hours of cleaning the filth before I became so angry I called my bank. I was too late to stop payment on my check because it had already been cashed at a branch.
