Consumer complaintss investigation of this company has uncovered an ongoing commitment to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that those on the Oxi Team (SM) will always work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any complaints or concerns. They listen carefully to client concerns and, rather than seeing them as a problem, see them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and become more efficient and effective in performing the services they offer to customers. Their commitment to satisfying customers is not, of course, limited to resolving complaints.
The Oxi Team works hard every step of the way to insure that customers get the best service possible. Our consumer complaints investigation found that their commitment goes from when they first design the ads, to when a representative first answers the phone, to choosing which green cleaning solutions to use, to the cleaning itself, and through every other step of the process. And if a mistake is made or a customer is less than satisfied, the team works hard to resolve the issue to the best of their ability.
When investigating this particular report, though, we noticed that this complaint was similar to one posted on other sites and involved accusations about the legitimacy of a video advertisement. After discussing this with the head of Oxi Fresh (R) and others, it seems clear to us that the individual posting these videos is David Iseley of Oxymagic, a competitor and an individual who has numerous times attempted to slander the president of Oxi Fresh and the company itself. This is another of his attempts to use websites designed to assist consumers to further his own business agenda, an immature and inappropriate action.
Our policy at consumer complaints is to never remove a report once it's posted, and so we'll keep this one up as well, but it's important to realize that it's not a condemnation of Oxi Fresh, but rather of the person who posted it.

Oxi Fresh Jonathan Barnett Making false claims about being featured on CNN Headline news. And claiming to have created the Oxygen cleaning system they use. Denver, Colorado
Beware and investigate everything about this Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning Franchise.
Was looking into Oxifresh and watched a video they where supposedly featured on CNN Headline News with Greg Gumbel.
This is fraud and deception. I did a little investigating and sure enough CNN has absolutely no record of Oxifresh being featured on CNN Headline News with Gumbel.
What I did find out is that a video production company in Florida sold many companies this bogus ad and was sued by Gumbel and now Oxifresh is using it online to deceptively generate franchise leads.
Just go to youtube and view many ad videos with the same Greg Gumbel lead in.
Interestingly enough in the segment Oxifresh claims to have created the Oxygenated carpet cleaning system they use and you can view the CEO Jonathan Barnett on the video.
Barnett did clean carpet for Oxymagic and was an Oxymagic franchise owner in Denver.

Barnett and Oxifresh did not create but stole from Oxymagic.
