We purchased an gemstone for $9330.00 from Lisa Falkman. I offered the rest of the $6330.00 to her spouse, per her recommendation, Brian, who operates at Carousel Audi in Minneapolis MN on 5-25-10 at appx 435PM. No bill was handed despite the fact that I'd required one from Lisa your day before, but I had been provided an evaluation record and also the band for my money. Donald named Lisa immediately and he or she stated she'd e-mail it in my experience within an addition. Eight days later, nothing. Heading on, this band, made by Lisais Jeweler, Duane Tvenge (651-454-5363), wasn't what we desired despite two polish moldings, which we couldn't actually attempt on. We closed no documents, and were informed of no-return policy except from Dave when we weren't pleased within thirty days, we are able to talk to him and make it work.

Well, here I'm EIGHT times later, unhappy, and Lisa informs me there's no-return policy.
