Phelan He wanted $224.95 to do a spell and when I told him I didn't have the money then he called me a lair and delusional

Phelan, has powers alright, he's insulting, lair and cheat. Glad I didn't pay him. Don't let his niceness, in his presentation of himself, fool you. He's mean spirited, and no more a witch than I am.
