When I hired the Consumer Advocacy Group to handle my Loan Mdification (about a year ago), Kristy made all these larger than life promises (she know's people within the banking world; she's a Lobbist and travels all over the country; Kristy works with all these different attorneys, our office has modify thousands of loans; your case manager will contact you weekly with updates and etc...). I'm thinking great I'll get some help. So, they asked for $1,500.00; I paided the full amount upfront. I can't tell you how many times have called that office for updates on wha the hell is going with my loan mod. I have been passed-off to so many different people in that office.
