BE AWARE ON ENGLISH BULLDOG SCAM tERRI STROUD SOUTHERN STAR KENNEL IN MISSISSIPPI: Terri Stroud asked us to send $1,000 to purchase a puppy. She promised us that as soon she receive the payment she will send us the puppy in a couple of days. After she confirmed of receiving the $1,000 we send her, she never send us a puppy. We tried to contact her and leave numerous messages but never return our call. We also tried to contact her through email but no response.
