I have been unable to talk to anyone and the email responses are canned responses and are no help to anyone

I registered to get a free trial offer and ended inside the alloted time and was charged $9.99 and also the end-of the trial offer period. I've been not able to keep in touch with anyone and also the e-mail reactions are processed reactions and therefore are no help anybody.
