This following company has been voiding the cellular warranties since the late 1990s. They have not been certified as they claim to be they are cretified to the point of looking at the phone. This has been common practice for the owners to void and damage cellular phones.
As a consumer that has been taken advantage of there has to be consequences for their actions. Kim and Edward Lopez have to be held acountable for the poorly defective products that they sell and put on the cellular phones.
They perform "services" such as led changes and cellular housing changes but not mentioning that the process has voided the cellular carrier and manufacture warranties. These types of procedures are common place within this company. Again they are not certified to perorm these. If the customer has a warranty issue the owners or the unknowledegable floor managers find a way to blame the customers.
These products that cost fractions of a dollar go for a 300-500% markup and the are made with the poorest quality.
There is also an issue of the owners having done fraud to the government. They have purchased several automobiles and motorcycles in the company's name. As to which none of the vehicles bare the name of the company. As these are claimed to be company vehicles.
They have bought a house using company money and have used store money to personaly by themselves items.
They have taken store in-cash deposits with out reporting the correct profit made.
There has been several incidences that the company has been questioned of the taxing of employees. The incidences have cause the issue of employer performing employee tax fraud to make up for the cash deposits that were taken.
This company has taken advantage of their customers and employees. With their cheap products and their voiding warranties proceedures and creating employer fraud. With not reporting to the government the correct amout of the company's net amount this compant should be reported and repremanded.
