Carousel transposed position of acct # and check #... Will fix for me but it'll cost me 80% of original fee paid shipping Internet

I ordered checks online 12/07.

Checks (all 12 books of duplicates) have account number and check number transposed on the bottom of the checks. Merchants cannot accept them because it appears we are using a bogus checking account number.

Carousel responded to my request for help by telling me they would reprint them, providing me with a 20% discount on the check order. They didNOT respond to my request to provide immediate/overnight shipping nor did they call me as I'd requested in my email requesting their assistance.

I have ordered hundreds of checks from this company without problems in the past.

This is my last order I will place with them.
