These were excellent throughout the demonstration interval after which bought their Webinar support for $75/month. Whenever we desired to plan the live webinar, we'd lots of problems. We documented the webinar and DimDim was designed to deliver us the hyperlink using the saving. The Webinar was on May 18th. Its May 27th and we still do not have the hyperlink, I've sent them three times along with a friend of mine sent them twice but have not seen from their website.
After I call, they declare somebody can get back plus they never do. I've sent them to stop my paid support and fall it to free support and again no reaction. They pull and that I wish to alert everybody to remain from the corporation.
