2 months ago, I had the roof and siding of my house replaced by 800 New Look. Out of 3 extimates, I chose them, because their price seemed to be right and their salesperson appeared to be a nice man. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake!
800 New Look installed a few roof vents, but did not cut holes under the caps. They destroyed all 4 awnings of the house, against my repeated warnings and protests. They said "your awnings are too old. They are garbage." But they were made of best quality alumminum and had been protecting my front and back porches and windows for many years. I told them I must keep the awnings, but they already turned them into pieces, a big pile in my back yard. Without the awnings, every door and window in my house look too bright. Rain can sip into the foundation by the walls.
When I complained to the owner, his name is Bob Price, and asked him to restore the awnings, he became mad and shouted "foreign bastard" at me! I have tried to resolve the problem through BBB and ServiceMagic.com, but could not get any good move from them. They have charged my credit card. The pile of garbage is still lying in my backyard. It seems to me this company do not care about their reputation. They just want to rip you off, then disappear with your money!
