The truth is that GRG Commercial is a shell operation of Gil Ramirez Sr. Multiple companies in which he funnels money from one company to another in order to offset his massive debt that has been aquired over years and years of bad investments in the home building industry.
You never know what you get with them from one day to another. If it's a Monday, they are a JOC General Contractor, on Tuesday, they might be a home builder, on Wednesday, they claim to be a steel erector (yet they do not know a thing about steel) and on the remaining days of the week, they are just plain ol' crooks looking for their next victim.
The bottom line is that they have burned subcontractors, vendors and clients on every job that they've performed on.
