Edgar This is a man that has been owing money for years and Irs is looking for him

Mr. Edgar Ramirez is originally from Lima, Peru. He moved to South San Francisco, California. He married Norma Diaz. Became Norma Ramirez. They had two kids Edgar and Janet. He divorced Norma. Married Milagros Carpio, became Milly Ramirez-Carpio.

He always refused to pay child support to Norma. The kids from the first marriage are almost in their 30's. His been avoiding justice for a long time. He moved to Ashburn, Virginia.

I am a witness the new wife Milly encouraged him to pay the money he owes to Child support for years. He is just a dishonest man. Owns a busines call United Refrigeration Services.

The new wife divorced him years ago and they went back together. The poor woman has to live her life going thru anxiety because IRS is still looking for him.

Men like him corrupt the system. I think he should be locked up.

I am an honest citizen that would like to see this country free of these thieves.

I hope you can at least intimidate him or do something.
